Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed, and only with parties bound to protect it:
- Service providers that host this website and our email, acting as our Data Processors under written terms.
- Project partners such as consultants, contractors or vendors, only when you have commissioned a project and only the details they need to deliver it.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside India. Where that happens we rely on transfers permitted under the DPDP Act and, for GDPR-covered data, on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
- Client and project records: kept for the period required by Indian tax and company law (generally up to 8 years), then deleted.
- Server logs: kept for up to 90 days.
- Your privacy choice: kept on your device for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
When you withdraw consent, we stop processing and erase the related data unless the law requires us to keep it.
